We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Shipping Options
Shipping options are available for almost all of our products, bikes included. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed. Typical shipping times are 3-4 business days but can vary depending on a variety of factors.
Shipping Bicycles: The Quick Cranks Policy
The world is online! Quick Cranks is planning for the future, where you can order your sweet new ride right from your couch, with confidence. Here are some details for how we ship bicycles.
- When your order is received, a member of our sales team is assigned your order and will give you a phone call. We do not ship bicycles without a phone call first.
- During the call, one of our team members will verify your sizing by asking questions of your height, and inseam. We will also discuss the use case for the bicycle you've selected and ensure you have the best possible online shopping experience. We will also discuss bicycle accessories and must-haves for a great ride.
- Once everything is confirmed, we will get your bicycle and accessories ready to ship. All standard bicycle orders in Canada are shipped by GLS, Purolator or FedEx.
Bicycles require a professional tune up or assembly to activate warranty.
Our bikes ship with the handlebars, front wheel and pedals off. While the assembly is quite easy at home, we highly recommend a professional assembly at your local bike shop. This is a requirement to activate any warranty on the bike, simply email us a picture of the completed work order to activate your warranty.
Shipping Fees
Quick Cranks offers free standard shipping within Canada for most bikes, parts, accessories, and tools, Canada-wide.*
For orders over $39, shipping is free (bulky items included).*
While very rare, please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. We always call to discuss additional shipping charges, if applicable.

Tracking your order
Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking number to work when your order ships. Once the package has been picked up by our couriers and scanned into their system the tracking number will automatically update.
*Processing times and delivery times are expected to increase into the busy seasons.
Delays Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances
If a natural disaster or tragedy of some kind occurs it can often lead to delays along shipping routes and the increase in delivery time for packages. Please consider this if an item you have ordered seems to be taking longer than usual.
This means that return/refund requests cannot be initiated until the package has been received by you or that a courier investigation has determined that the order has become lost/irretrievable.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Canada Post. We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned to us will be subject a $10 restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
Cannot be Returned
Products purchased at a discount of 49% off or more are Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
For hygienic reasons, all undergarments, bike shorts, edible goods, facemasks, balaclavas, are final sale.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash unless required under applicable law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as a credit onto a Gift Card.
How to Request an Online Return
1. Login to your account to return an item.
2. Follow the steps in the return section and submit your request.
3. We will review your return and notify you via email for further steps.
Return/refund requests can only be initiated/processed after the item has arrived to you or has been determined to be lost by a Courier Investigation.
Prices and Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
