Greetings from one bike lover to another! At Quick Cranks, we aren't just another retailer; we are riders, just like you. We’re here to ensure your ride is as smooth as can be. Our goal? To get you on that saddle, enjoying the open road or trail, with the least hassle possible.

Dynamic Dispatch: The Quick Cranks Way

When it comes to shipping, we're all about choices because one size doesn't fit all, especially not in the world of bikes.

Our Shipping Methodology Explained

At Quick Cranks, we aim for a smooth shipping experience for you. Depending on the product and its warehouse location, we offer three main shipping channels:

  1. Direct from Store to Customer: Your order is picked, packed, and dispatched straight from our Ottawa store. This is our most common shipping method. 
  2. Warehouse to Store to Customer: Products from our OSS (Vancouver) and OGC Montreal warehouses will first arrive at our Ottawa store before being sent to you.
  3. Direct from Warehouse to Customer: If the products are stocked at LTP BC, LTP ON, or HLC, they are dispatched directly to your doorstep.

Please note: If your order has items from multiple warehouses, they will first be consolidated at our Ottawa store and then dispatched to you.

Shipping Times and Fees

  • Orders typically ship out within one business day.
  • Standard delivery times:  
    • Store to Customer: 1-4 business days.
    • Warehouse to Store to Customer: 5-9 business days.
    • Direct from Warehouse to Customer: 1-4 business days.
    • These times may vary based on factors beyond our control and are expected to increase during busy seasons.
  • Orders above $49 enjoy free standard shipping within Canada. 
  • Orders below $49 are charged a standard shipping fee of $12.99.
  • However, certain remote/rural areas and bulky items might incur additional fees. We'll always inform you of any extra charges before shipping.

A special shoutout to our friends in Quebec and Ontario! Whether you're amid the vibrant culture of Montreal or the bustling streets of Toronto, Quick Cranks ensures that your dream bike is just a click away. So, Canada, are you ready to ride?

Ordering a bike online is as simple as ‘Click’ Call’ Ride’. Order your bike online, a rider from our team will call you within 2 business days to discuss the details and make sure you get the right size, the right bike, sort out the logistics and answer any questions you have. The bike is then shipped and delivered straight to your door. 

Bikes Ship Free Canada Wide

All full-priced bikes ship free. Bicycles on sale are subject to a $75 fee. Our "Ready-to-Ride" program ensures your new bike is delivered to you fully assembled, tuned, and ready to roll as soon as it's out of the box! Learn more about Ready-to-Ride. 

Protecting Your Pedal Power

We understand how precious your new bike or accessory is. If you notice any damage during delivery, please make sure it's noted right then. If you discover an issue post-delivery, no worries! Just ensure you report it to us within 3 days of receiving your product.

Returns, Refined for Riders 

We ride, and we understand. Sometimes a product might not be the right fit. Changed your mind? We've got a 60-day return window! And returning is easy with the label we include. Learn more about our Returns, Warranty, and Exchange Policy.

The In-Store Pickup Experience

Absolutely free and absolutely delightful! We love it when our fellow riders visit. Not only do you get to pick up your order, but you also get to share a story or two. Remember, some orders might need an extra day or so, especially if they need assembly. We promise it’s worth the wait!

In-store pick ups require a valid Photo ID that matches the billing address and the credit card used to purchase the item. 

Beyond Borders

While our hearts (and pedals) would love to reach every corner of the world, for now, we only ship within the beautiful stretches of Canada.
