  • For any reason, you may return your purchase within 60 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • If the product is not brand new and in packaging, we will issue a store credit for the returned item.

Return Fees

  • For online orders, a return fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping and processing.
  • For bicycle returns, a return fee of $150 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers restocking and inspection costs for bikes.


Our products are built to last, and we offer manufacturer warranties to ensure their quality. Please refer to the specific product's warranty information for details on coverage and duration.


If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a different size, color, or model, we will gladly assist you in finding the perfect fit. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards, as they hold no cash value and are non-returnable.
  • Items with a discount of 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Used items, as they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Any undergarments, for hygiene reasons, are non-refundable.
  • Bicycles are generally final sale. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • For in-store purchases, kindly visit our physical store with the item and the original purchase receipt to initiate the return or exchange process.
  • For online orders, please follow the instructions provided on the return label to start the return process. You may also contact our customer service team for assistance.
